Advantages
l All
layers of the pipe are composite under the plastic melting condition, so the
welding of the layers is very safe and reliable. It is totally different from
the double wall spiral pipe.
l The innovative pipe provides a high stiffness, less
weight and low cost.
l The pipe
has the same outstanding anti-corrosive property and convenient installation as
other plastic pipes.
l The
connection of the pipe could use various joint like plastic welding, stainless
steel couple and heat shrinkable couple depend on the installation conditions.

We should notice
that the weight of polyethylene only takes 60% of the total weight of the steel
reinforced pipe. Because of the continuous raising of the oil price, the cost
for polyethylene is also raised very high. But the cost of carbon steel is just
about half price of polyethylene. So considering in general, the reinforced
spiral pipe is a very economy solution for large size sewage pipe system.
